Love Lounge Australia is committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at info@lovelounge.com.au as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and work to resolve it promptly.

Change of Mind

For change of mind returns, please contact us at info@lovelounge.com.au to discuss your options. Change of mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Condition Requirements

Items submitted for return must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. Items that have been assembled, used or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email info@lovelounge.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back without prior approval. We aim to respond to all return enquiries within 1–2 business days.
