Love Lounge furniture is dispatched from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse and delivered across all of Australia.

Delivery Locations

We ship to all Australian states and territories, including metropolitan areas and regional locations.

Shipping Costs

Freight is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Shipping generally ranges from $75 to $280 depending on the size of your order and your delivery region.

Our Carrier

All orders are shipped via StarTrack with full parcel tracking from dispatch to delivery. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Packaging

Every Love Lounge order is dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product description or any indication of the contents on the outside of the box — your delivery is completely discreet.

Assembly

Most Love Lounge pieces arrive fully assembled or require minimal setup. The Domina Throne Chair ships flat-packed with all hardware included and can typically be assembled in under 30 minutes without specialist tools.
